TOUCH ME PLEASE

In times of collective alienation, we don't see, we don't touch, we don't feel. Touch Me Please is a visual and sensory exploration of observing and being observed, of touching and being touched, in an environment where gender is already subverted. This performance, besides discussing the relationships of a body already modified by technology, including issues of sexuality and gender, also addresses the relationship between work and document. After the performance, the clothing, objects, and traces of the action are displayed in the gallery. Materials: Elanca fabric, insulating tape, iPad, smartphones.
